Monday 5:30-6:30 pm: Mobility Training with Anthony
Mobility Training can improve the range of motion of our joints and muscles, can assist in improving posture, and can help alleviate daily aches and pains. Learn exercises and techniques that you can start doing today.
Tuesday 1:00-2:00 pm: Tips To Transform Your Body: Easy Meals. Better Sleep. Quick Workouts with Bridgit (Lecture)
Learn clear, proven strategies that will help you stay consistent, even when life throws you the unexpected. Take home 3 awesome resources to help you prepare (and eat) healthy meals, get regular, restful sleep, and work out (even for a few minutes) when life gets crazy.
Wednesday 12:00-1:00 pm: Seniors On Strength with Stephanie
A class designed just for you to include balance, coordination, agility, flexibility, and strength training.
Thursday 7:30-8:30 am: TABATA with Terrence
You know the drill: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Turn up the heat with this high-intensity interval training class, featuring blocks of exercises that last four minutes.
Friday 8:00-9:00 am: PiYo with Jennifer
PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. A low impact, fat-burning workout that leaves your body looking long, lean and defined.
