Monday 6:00-7:00 am Tinseltown Tabata with Daniel
You know the drill: 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Turn up the heat with this high-intensity interval training class, featuring blocks of exercises that last four minutes. Bring on the eggnog!
Tuesday 11:00 am-12:00 pm: Jingle Bells and Kettlebells with Anthony
Kettlebells are effective at increasing strength by using full-body functional movements that incorporate several muscle groups for each exercise. This high intensity circuit will leave you ready for your long winter’s nap.
Wednesday 9:00-10:00 am: Silent Night Yoga with Gail
This mixed level yoga class incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress. You’ll leave ready to tackle the holiday hustle and bustle.
Thursday 4:00-5:00 pm: Christmas Circuit with Stephanie
Hit every major muscle group with this strength circuit, and you’ll have no problem loading all those presents into your trunk.
Friday 12:00-1:00 pm: Santa Baby with Bridgit
Butts and guts, baby. The best exercises for glutes, legs and core wrapped up in one challenging workout. Santa will be impressed!
